車用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的優點是:在一40-+100℃內有良好的粘接性能;由于韌性好，特別是低溫韌性好，具有優良的耐沖擊振動性，使用壽命長;由于含有大量極性基團和活性反應基團，對汽車使用的各種基材，如玻璃、塑料、金屬等表面光潔的材料和各種內外飾材料及織物等，均有極好的粘接性能;調節硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的配方，可制成不同硬度和伸長率的膠粘劑，其粘合層從柔性到剛性均可任意調整，滿足不同材料的粘接;硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠可加熱固化，也可室溫固化，粘接工藝簡便，操作性能良好。固化過程沒有副反應產生，因此粘合層不易產生缺陷。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠具有良好的耐磨、耐油、耐溶劑、耐、耐臭氧以及耐細菌等性能。
